Welcome to your new Website at www.royalvan.com! We hope you find it useful for your needs. We are proud of the new look and the new features. There are areas still under development and we will notify you when these are ready to use.

To log on, you will need to enter your User E-Mail and Member Number.

User E-Mails

As with the old site, we are using E-mails as your unique identifier. If you receive your Statement of Account by e-mail, that address will be the Member’s User E-mail.

Note: Should Statements be sent to your Affiliate Spouse’s e-mail address, we have used the Member’s Business or Alternate e-mail address as the User E-mail. This enables your Affiliate Spouse to access the Members Only area with his/her own User E-Mail and Member Number (see below for details).

For Intermediate or Junior Members whose own e-mail addresses are not on file, please click this link so they can register and take advantage of all the things the new site has to offer: http://royalvan.com/registration.

Member Numbers

To grant successful access to the secure areas of the site, please note Member Numbers do not have hyphens.

Members attempting to log on will use their Member Number beginning with a Letter followed by 4 Numerals, for example: A1234.

Affiliate Spouses will use their Member Number beginning with a Letter followed by 4 Numerals followed by the letter A. For example: A1234A.

When you enter the Members Only area, please feel free to change the password to something more secure and specific to you by clicking the link on your new “Welcome Members” Page.

Very Important: If you have spam blocking software or other security settings installed, please ensure you have made communications@royalvan.com a “Safe Sender” on your system otherwise you will be unsubscribed from the mailing list.
