How to Join
A prospective member must be proposed and seconded by Active, Honorary Life or Special club members. The proposer vouches for the character and suitability of the applicant. The process takes about three months and has several stages.
Request to Apply
- The proposer submits a Request for Member Application Form.
- A credit check is carried out by club staff.
- Two executive members interview the candidate and the proposer.
- The Membership Committee reviews the Request for Application.
- If the Request for Membership Application is successful the Honorary Secretary notifies all members of the application asking for any adverse comments.
Final Application
- If no adverse comments are received the Proposer is given a Final Application form.
- The Applicant completes the form and submits it with the entrance fee.
- The Honorary Secretary presents the Application at the next Executive meeting.
- The Executive elects the Applicant into membership of the club.
Fees All members pay an initial entrance fee and monthly dues. There is also a minimum quarterly billing amount.
