5. Members and their guests must be courteous to local residents.
(a) In times of drought or water restrictions, please refrain from boat washing activities, even if using your own water supply.
The following are not permitted (exceptions noted):
49. smoking ashore. Violation of this rule by either a member or a guest of that member shall subject the member to a one-year suspension of the use of the offshore stations.
Exceptions to this penalty shall only be made at the direction of the Executive Committee.
50. open fires at any time, except under the supervision of the Station Manager or a member of the Offshore Stations Committee; however barbecuing is permitted at designated sites.
Rules for Tugboat Island
6. No member shall wash a boat or replenish an on board water supply utilised for washing a boat using water from shore. Water supply is limited as it relies on a desalinator. Keep showers short as a courtesy to others.
Rules for Scott Point
14. No member shall wash a boat or replenish an on board water supply utilised for washing a boat using water from shore. Water supply is limited as it relies on a desalinator. Keep showers short and replenish water tanks responsibly as a courtesy to others.
TENT PADS
66. Cooking is only permitted in approved cooking areas.
67. No outside cooking, open flames, BBQs, or fires are permitted in the tenting area.
Rules for Wigwam Inn
18. There is a ban of all open flame above the docks at Wigwam which includes all areas of the Inn. This includes tea lights, candles and food warmers, with the only exception of barbecues in the designated area, and the fireplaces. Penalties for those not complying to be the same as for smokers. General Rule #49 provides details on penalties.

7. No member shall wash a boat or replenish an on board water supply utilised for washing a boat using water from shore. Water is from a well and must be used conservatively, particularly when the floats are substantially occupied. |
