Active Intermediates

The Active Intermediate Group was formed in 2001 to help encourage greater involvement from the 19 to 35 year age group at RVYC. The program began with the introduction of the Members' Intermediate Sailing Program. Now, every Tuesday and Thursday night, members take the Club's Martin 242s out for an enjoyable evening of casual sailing, followed by social activities on the patio. The Active Intermediate group also organises various social activities throughout the year, such as Irish Pub Night, Margarita Party, Caddyshack Party, Hallowe'en Bash, Ice Cream Cruises, Wigwam Cruise, BBQs, and Dock Parties.
