WELCOME to the dueck GM IOM World Championship 2003 home!

The Regatta, June 3 - 11, 2003, attracted outstanding participation in this "Best Ever Worlds" event for International One Metre radio sailing enthusiasts ..... competitors, judge/jury, volunteers, and spectators!

Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, the Host Club, welcomed 82 participants from 16 countries for six full days of racing over the nine day event:
  • 20 - Great Britain
  • 17 - USA 
  • 14 - Canada, the host country
  • 13 - Australia  
  • 2 -  New Zealand 
  • 4 - Croatia
  • 2 - Norway
  • and 1 from each of these countries:
    • Barbados, Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Japan, Republic of South Africa, and Slovenia
