Stacey sends a short resume of his saling career:
Started sailing El Toros at the age of 5 in Seattle, was the Captain for the Western Washington University Sailing Team in Bellingham WA, and started skippering large keelboats at the age of 16.
I have participated in 26 Swiftsure Races, winning several as crew and the Juan de Fuca Race as skipper - 1st to finish, 1st OA and Class twice.
As skipper - OA Caribbean Ocean Racing Circuit, Olson 30 Nationals Champion, OA Grand Prix, Class OA several times at Whidbey Island Race Week, Class OA San Francisco NOOD Regatta, Class OA Seattle NOOD Regatta, Mini 12 Fleet Champion 5 out of past 6 years.
Other major accomplishments - Pacific NW Latitude 48 Boat Of The Year, Seattle Yacht Club Boat Of The Year 3 times, Seattle Yacht Club Sailor Of The Year.
