Join us for a cross-Canada food festival, featuring the freshest regional food inspired by the people who inspire us. Sommelier Tracey Robertson will pair a complimentary BC wine or beer to go with Executive Chef Patrick Beaudoin's regional creations. Choose from two entrées reflecting Canada's diversity and seasonal bounty.
