Jericho Dock Building and Foundation Project Updates in Pictures
Jericho Dock Building & Foundation Project updates are posted on Facebook & Instagram as they happen & are here in full.
The latest update and photos will be at the top of this article. Scroll down for the previous updates which are listed below the first photo from that day.

March 13 and 14, 2017

The construction crews at Jericho Marina have made huge strides this week already.

Yesterday, the walls of the forms were removed to reveal the rows of cement on which the slabs would sit. On the east side, you can see some forms under orange tarp being dried by heaters.

Today, the slabs were moved to the rows by Big Red (the crane). The crews then align the rebar in the slabs with the slots in the foundation rows.

The cement slabs for the foundation were delivered yesterday and this project continues steadily.

The north lawn is being repaired this week and should be better than new once the sod is placed next week.

And the photo of the digger, well, that is just a bonus for the kid at the beach in all of us.

The forms are now ready for the concrete to be poured, which will be happening Tuesday, weather permitting.

Pre-cast panels of concrete will be delivered later this week to be placed on top of these forms.

We’ll keep you updated through the week.

Can you believe it was snowing this morning? What a fantastic day!

Progress is being made on the Jericho Dock Building Foundation and the weather was too nice today to pass up sharing some photos with you.

And with a sky like this, it's easy to see why English Bay and Jericho Beach were voted Best of the City 2017 to watch the sunset in the West Ender. There is still plenty of time to make it to the club for tonight's sunset.

You will have noticed the construction work being done at Jericho marina and the patio decks at Jericho Clubhouse, with the associated activity of construction vehicles; and if you haven't, here is a great shot from today.

We ask for your patience and understanding during these next few months as these projects progress towards their completion.

The restaurants are both open as are the banquet facilities. And don't forget to check your email for the weekly E-Breeze for all the latest news and events.
