Stage 1 Water Restrictions for Metro Vancouver

	As of 1800 hrs on September 22, the Water Restrictions for the Greater Vancouver Regional District have been downgraded to Stage 1 until October 15. Stage 1 has the following constraints: * lawns can be sprinkled at three times in a week; schedule determined by your street address. * cars and boats can only be washed using a spring-loaded shut-off nozzle Surface and power washing is no longer restricted.
