During Cruising Season tenders must be moored: |
(a)
in the shadow of the bow; |
(b)
tied parallel to the transom, provided that the tender’s length is equal to or less
than the width of the vessel; until dock space is required. |
(c)
if longer than can reasonably be accommodated in the shadow of the bow or
to the stern of the vessel, to a location designated for the storage of tenders, as
identified on the dock plans of each Offshore Station. |
(d) |
if designated tender storage is unavailable, then any other location that will not
restrict vessel access to an available moorage location or rafting opportunity.
Should space described above be unavailable and circumstances require an
owner to moor a tender to the side of the owner’s vessel, then the owner
must remove the side-tied tender to a space as described above as soon as
it becomes available. If the owner of a side-tied tender is absent when an
approaching member wishes to raft, then a member or members shall be
permitted to move the side-tied tender to an available space consistent with
this Rule. |
15.
Should dock space and safe tender moorage become limited, members must lift all but one tender.
Floatplanes, including applicable moorage restrictions, follow individual station rules.
